As you might imagine, I'm very sorry to have missed this show. And can you imagine, this act wasn't declared a winner? Evidently, it was a tie.

Moving on...today was a lazy day for Jimmy and me. I wanted to bake something but didn't want to go anywhere so I chose a Pineapple Upside-Down Cake since I already had the ingredients. I made it from scratch! Or, from storebrand Bisquick, which qualifies as 'scratch' to me. I think my upside-downing technique needs some work because it came out like this:
